HOW DO I REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE?

We will provide the interface between you and the manufacturer and tap the experience of the Lee Wayne support staff to avoid problems and snags in the order fulfillment procedure as much as possible.

CAN I GET SAMPLES BEFORE I PLACE AN ORDER?
Sometimes suppliers allow us to "borrow" samples of their products since it is often easier for you to judge a product's fitness for its intended use by actually seeing and touching it, "kicking the tires," as they say. Usually we have to return such samples within two weeks in order to avoid being invoiced. The use of your shipper number is also required. We will do our best to provide catalog pictures, virtual samples, or actual samples whenever possible to assist you in your decision-making.

HOW DO I GET MY IMPRINT ON WHAT I ORDER AND HAVE IT LOOK ATTRACTIVE?
By providing us artwork in "camera ready" form (clean, crisp black and white images or copy on glossy paper at 600 dpi or better) or by using a variety of digital transmissions (e-mail, disk, cd, etc.) following specifications we will provide, you can be assured of high quality reproduction of your desired imprint on the item(s) of your choice. Most suppliers we use will offer graphic art assistance for a modest fee if you do not have access to it.

HOW AND WHERE DOES MY ORDER GO?
When you submit an order, it is transmitted securely to us in an encrypted format. We then process it through the Lee Wayne facility in Sterling, IL to any of a number of manufacturers or suppliers.

WHAT ARE UNDERRUNS AND OVERRUNS?
In the promotional products industry, as is the case with many segments of the manufacturing world, exact quantities are not always possible, especially with lower cost, high volume items. Stopping the presses for exactly 5000 trade show bags, for example, is virtually impossible. Industry standards allow a 5% over or under margin. Some manufacturers will guarantee an exact count, but usually at an additional cost or premium.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
All U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless specified otherwise. The cost of freight will be added to the final total of your order. The order acknowledgement you receive shortly after placing an order with us will not have shipping information. Therefore we suggest you do not make final full payment until after you have been invoiced.

IS MY ORDERING "SECURE?"
Yes, By "secure," we mean that this website uses the SSL protocol. Our web servers are capable of delivering 128-bit encryption. However, the exact level of encryption is ultimately determined by your browser, not by the server.

WHAT IS "SSL?"
Since online commerce sites deal with sensitive data, this website encrypts all transmissions containing personal data using the Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. You may not be able to shop online if your browser does not support SSL or if you are accessing the Internet from behind a firewall that prohibits SSL transactions.
